Eczema – With A Vengeance

There is no secret that we have struggled with Ava having Eczema for a while now and while we have found several body products to help keep it at bay.  However after returning from spring break in Saskatchewan, her eczema reared its ugly head with a vengeance, but this time on her face around her mouth and nose!

While this bout with eczema was both painful and unpleasant to look at, her mood shifted as well.  Ava became very unhappy and distant, as she was being teased at school about her appearance. I knew that this something we would have to tackle quickly and with more gusto than just putting out store-bought lotion on it! Through research on the Internet, we found the Error! Hyperlink reference not valid. To learn more about purchasing, what would work best for us to kick this eczema once and for all!

eczema with a vengeanceWe began using Nutratopic on both the affected area’s to help inhibit the risk of bacterial adhesion. Further more, on her entire body, as we truly needed something that would help to break the cycle and control the atopic skin. One of the largest problems for Ava is the itching from the dryness and her inability to control her need to scratch. Thanks to Nutratopic, she became relieved as it helped provided deep hydration.  This would not only help prevent her from scratching, but also restore barrier function, and reinforces the lipid mantle through the use of ceramides, omega-6, and L-isoleucine.

We applied the Nutratopic Pro-Amp Facial Cream twice a day for the last 3 weeks and saw a great improvement almost within a few days with dryness is gone. Furthermore, we applied the Emollient cream every night before bed for the areas of Ava’s body that had previously affected by Eczema, as to ensure hydration, which is imperative in keeping the eczema flare ups minimal.   The appearance of the eczema on her face was reduced and her skin was visibly on the road to recovery. The areas on her body continued to thrive and no signs of returning eczema, for once her skin was bright and soft to touch!

If you want to learn more about Nutratopic and which product might work best for you, I strongly suggest you head over to the website. As Nutratopic is available in so many products, not limited to the facial cream that we had so much success with but additionally in an emollient cream for Kids, emollient lotion and protective bath gel.
