The version of me from 10 years ago has evolved so much! 10 years ago, I wouldn’t have known what a Home & Garden show was! Who knew that my life would evolve so much that I’d be attending and be participating in a decor challenge at the 47th Annual BC Home & Garden Show! Now, are you ready to get decor inspired?
As I look back on my evolution within the last 10 years, I never would have imagined myself here. There are many people and companies whose style impact me daily! I see their images in my newsfeed on Social Media and they inspire me both creatively and professionally. Having such stylish influence in my life gave me the confidence to say yes to The Great Crate Challenge!
Returning for its 47th year from February 21st to 25th at BC Place Stadium, BC Home + Garden show is your one-stop shop for all things home and garden. From paint colour to furniture, landscaping to functionality, you will find everything you need!

In addition to live cooking demos from Vancouver’s culinary masters. There are more than 425 exhibitors and features like the Great Crate Challenge that I am participating in. Myself and my business partner Katherine Petrunia of Our Happy Place and I have created a beautiful piece of home decor using two crates from Ikea, Paint from Rust-oleum and $50. But you’ll have to wait until the show starts to see the final piece. Bottom line, you will leave feeling inspired and ready to get to work in your home and garden!
