What if I told you there was a machine called the MagicalButter Machine that could help you make safe natural skincare solutions from the comfort of your own home? When I was in makeup school we learned about some of the ingredients in our cosmetics and even about the hair being used to make brushes.

Tired of researching ingredient labels and finding most of my products having some type of toxin or misleading information. I just needed something to help my family get through skin irritations safely.

This year, I grew Lavender in our front yard just outside Zoe’s room as I had read that Lavender had calming properties. However, when it came time to harvest the flowers, I started brainstorming ideas on what to do with it. As pretty much my entire family aside from me has sensitive skin and lavender has so many calming properties, what if I made Lavender oil?

I researched ways to make Lavender oil and one was a crockpot. I went and purchased Sweet Almond oil and got cooking. 6 hrs later, it was ok but not the scent I had in mind. Back to the drawing board…

So with more fresh lavender, I tried the waiting game. I added that same Sweet Almond oil and lavender to a far and placed it in a sunny spot, shaking it every day for 6 weeks. Whoever said ‘patience is a virtue’ clearly must have been trying to use this method to make lavender oil! To top it off, it still wasn’t quite the scent that I wanted.

Then the MagicalButter machine came across my inbox, the world’s first countertop botanical extractor. Designed for infusing the essence of healthy herbs into butter, oil, alcohol, lotions, and more!

Combining an immersion blender with a programmable thermostat and heating unit, this machine is designed to create incredible recipes and botanical infusions with little or no labor.

The MagicalButter machine grinds, heats, stirs, and steeps your herbal extract, all at the correct time intervals and temperature for a perfect infusion every time. As a result, you achieve your desired infusion easily, safely, and consistently.

● Fully automatic, microprocessor-controlled program sequences

● Pitcher constructed of stainless steel

● Integrated digital thermostat & sensors bring laboratory-grade temperature controls to your kitchen for consistent results

● Makes 2-5 cups per cycle

● Self-cleaning

The machine arrived and was very easy to set up, literally take it out of the box and she’s ready to go! My husband was very excited about this machine so we had done a fair bit of research on the things it could make before its arrival and let me tell you, the Magical Butter is used several times a week.

I got out my Sweet Almond oil and the last of my lavender and within one hour, I had Lavender oil! Yes, you read that right, I said ONE HOUR! Want to know the best part? I finally achieved the intensity of the lavender scent that I wanted!

The possibilities are truly endless; from my lavender oil, I have created skincare for my family that I know is safe. I hand pick every item and create it from start to finish. It doesn’t stop there, I’ve also made a Rosemary infused butter which has changed the way we enjoy our mashed potatoes forever!

After the success of the Lavender oil, I began to see what other infused oils I could create. So far Eucalyptus, Chamomile, Peppermint and even rose oil has been made. Now it’s the fun part of mixing oils to find the ratio for the best scent combos.

There are so many incredible recipes that you can try with the MagicalButter, from Ketchup to Guacamole, to alcohol tinctures. This machine has been a game changer in this house.

With Ava’s unwillingness to use lotions on her eczema, the salves I have created have finally helped her find some relief. She loves the texture of the salves and how it doesn’t leave her feeling greasy or sticky. Best part, she can take it to school with her and it’s so safe, she can use it anywhere she feels needs some moisturizing.
