Cold And Flu Season: 2 Things Kids Shouldn’t Share

cold and flu season

Since she’s a big sister it’s pretty inevitable that Ava will pass along a phrase or behaviour to her little sis. While some of these learned behaviours could be entertaining, there are things like the Cold and Flu season that has no place being shared. Children’s Advil helps us makes navigating through cold and flu season easier!

The list of things that you do not want one child to pass along to the next child is endless. There is no secret that moms google a lot, especially when it comes to our children being ill! Motherhood has changed the way I google forever. These searches are highly entertaining and would make for a funny tabletop book!

With two children 6 years apart, I have googled everything under the stars and moon. Ava would have never stuck rocks in her nose, but here I am googling how to get rocks out of a Zoe’s nose.

There is a list as long as my arm of things I don’t want my children sharing. From lice to eating habits, nose picking and beyond. Why do they insist on sharing all the bad stuff?

I’m pretty sure if Google could talk, it may have some choice words about what my parenting skills looks like based on my searches! I swear what you google is not a reflection of your parenting skills.

One thing I no longer have to google is “how do I help my child manage a cold or flu?”  I’ve trusted Children’s Advil since Ava was a young girl. With cold & flu season as a constant looming threat, Children’s Advil Suspension and Junior Strength Advil Chewables are always in our medicine cabinet.

Kids are like mind-ninja’s; they have a way of getting in there and creating doubt. Children’s Advil is a constant that parents can rely on time and time again! From the soccer fields to rainy days in Vancouver and all the life in between as a busy mom of two girls with three businesses, we don’t have time for cold and flu season and so we trust Children’s Advil to help us manage when the girls have shared just a little too much!
