I recently had the honour of being in a New Years Party collaboration with a few amazing vendors and my favourite blogger, Katherine from The Pampered Baby. You will want to head over HERE to see the full party shoot with all vendors. There are some amazing people involved. Since food makes my whole world go ’round lately, I jumped at the chance to share some of my favourite entertaining recipes. These Ravioli Pops and my Champagne Cupcakes were a huge hit and it’s no wonder, they are MIGHTY tasty if I do say so myself.
Entertaining guests during the holidays can be somewhat overwhelming especially when you’ve got a lot of visitors. Keeping them fed is the best way to avoid the the hangry drama. I wanted to share with you a quick, easy and delicious recipe for Ravioli Pops. You can make them ahead of time as long as they remain refrigerated but be prepared to make a few dozen, as they are that good and will be devoured that quickly!
It’s honestly one of the easiest appie recipes that I’ve made in a long time. It’s much different from the original, I’ve never been one to colour within the lines, so I very rarely stick to the original recipe! These even make a quick snack style lunch on the busy days, who doesn’t love ravioli?

1. In a large pot of salted water, cook ravioli for 4 minutes or until tender but still firm. Remove from Water and run under cold water and set aside.
2. Using a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and basil. Add Ravioli and toss to coat well. Cut Ravioli into slices roughly 1/4 inch thick.
