Our backyard in the summer time is the focal point of our day! We eat meals out there, the neighbourhood kids play our there, our day starts and stops in our backyard! We get direct sunlight for most of the day, which makes for a lot of fun for the girls, and plenty of leisure time for us on the weekend, when the days slow down and family time is most important.  We celebrate those real life moments with Pure Leaf, as it’s real brewed tea, made from real tea leaves.

With 3 amazing flavours, Green Tea with Honey, Unsweetened Lemon and the newest to the line-up, my personal favourite, Peach!  Pure Leaf is our go-to summer necessity for all things fun in the sun! The girls love it, the husband loves it, it is a real crowd pleaser. From entertaining guests, to running errands, weeding the garden or simply relaxing in the backyard, Pure Leaf keeps us hydrated.

Real Life Breakfast with Pure Leaf

Below we share our favourite Kid friendly and “adults only ways we use Pure Leaf Ice Tea. These are our favourite ways we keep hydrated and enjoy real life moments with Pure Leaf!

With the Peach Ice Tea, we cut up Peaches and Lemons added ice cubes a sprinkle of sugar and finish off with a peach slice. Now to make it “Adults only” we added 1 Oz of Bourbon Whiskey. VOILA!

A fun Spike Blueberry Green Tea Iced Tea, we used the Green Tea with Honey Iced Tea, added lemons and blueberries (which all sank to the bottom) to a cup of Ice Cubes and finished with a squirt of honey. For “Adults Only” add Vodka.

For a Spike Raspberry Lemon Iced Tea, we used Unsweetened Lemon, in a full cup of Ice Cubes, we used Fresh Mint and Raspberries grown right in our backyard, muddled it a bit added a sprinkle of sugar for kiddos, poured in the Ice Tea and topped with additional mint and raspberries. For “Adults Only”, add 1 oz of Raspberry Vodka!
